Turkey is a distinctive nation with a unique culture that has resulted from its singular location straddling both the Asian and European continents. The history of Turkey, as well as modern, daily life, has been influenced heavily by this positioning, with the general consensus being that Turkey is politically and economically closer to Europe, while the majority of its geography is located in Asia and its religious ties are in line with other Middle Eastern Islamic countries.

Are you getting limited success with your dieting and exercise? Your ability to lose weight is affected by stress from work and your every day life. Hypnosis can help you eliminate the limited success you are getting by acessing your subconscious mind to create an easy approach to a healthy new diet and exercise program.
Hypnosis is extremely effective for accomplishing your goals. Under hypnosis you are in a temporary, altered state of consciousness. It’s like being so absorbed in what you are doing that the outside world disappears and fades away. Meaningful long-term changes can be made with hypnosis or hypnotherapy as a form of psychotherapy.
You can break the unwanted eating habits caused by boredom, loneliness, sadness, anger or other emotions and unhealthy attitudes towards food. These emotions are the motivation to eat when you aren’t hungry. With hypnosis you can change your basic assumptions about food including:
Cravings for certain foods Eating too fast and thereby too much Family/cultural eating patterns Portions that are larger than necessary
Change in your eating patterns becomes natural with suggestions of better food choices and exercise which can increase your metabolism.
Your eating patterns, including cravings and attitudes are caused by the subconscious mind. During hypnosis your subconscious mind is altered so you can gain control over your eating and exercise habits, leading to long-term loss of weight.
An underlying problem resulting in overeating and weight gain is low self-esteem which causes a vicious cycle. You feel unhappy with yourself and eat for comfort which leads to worse feelings and weight gain. By using hypnosis you can gain control over your feelings and increase your self-esteem. This will build your confidence to lose weight.
Hypnosis can make weight control possible where other approaches have failed. This is because it does not depend upon willpower (trying to dominate the subconscious by the conscious mind). Instead the subconscious mind has to be in agreement with your conscious desires. With Hypnosis you are subconsciously motivated to make better choices leading to the permanent loss of weight.
A weight loss hypnosis program will utilize the power of your subconscious mind so that you can become healthy and slim. You will shed pounds while becoming self-confident in your ability to control your eating habits and your appearance. The power to control your health and weight is within. Hypnosis will help you utilize it and put you on the path to a healthy, slim, confident and happy you.

Have you ever really given a lot of thought to why you want to lose weight? Have you ever thought about why so many of your previous attempts to lose weight have failed, even though you thought you were motivated? Weight loss motivation is so important, but how do we keep it going? Let’s look at a few ideas and help you keep that motivation going strong!
Getting Excited – The Honeymoon Period
Whenever we first get excited about something we go through what you might call a honeymoon period. You see a program on TV or see a website that motives you to buy it and get started on your new weight loss journey. You’re all excited about this new program, but then within a few weeks you’re bored with it and are back to your old routines.
What happened to all of your great motivation? This kind of thing happens to people all the time. The truth is that your motivation goes away because the only thing that had you going was that initial motivation! You have to find a way to keep the weight loss motivation going longer than a few weeks.
Keep the Motivation Strong
A lot of people quit whatever program they are on because it didn’t happen as quickly as they hoped. Their expectations were probably too high! One thing you can do to keep the motivation going strong is make sure you are setting realistic explectations on what you can accomplish in a certain time period.
It’s also important to have not just short term goals but also long term goals. If all of your goals are based on the next 2 weeks, what do you do after that? Also, most people can’t stay focused on something more than 1-3 months, so don’t set your goals too far out there.
Mix It Up & Keep it Exciting
If you get bored with whatever program you’re following you’re likely to give up on it and go back to your old habits. Find a way to mix things up from time to time to make it more fun. This will help you stick with your overall goal of losing weight.
A lot of people overlook this weight loss tip. We tend to keep doing the things we enjoy more than the things that we just have to do. If you can find a way to get some variety into both your workout and your diet you’ll have more fun losing weight, and thus stick with it.
You’ll be much more likely to stick with your plan of losing weight for the long run if you can mix things up and keep yourself motivated after the honeymoon period. Stick with it and have fun and you’ll reach your goals!
