Sometimes a lack of confidence can prevent an Aquarian from tackling their weight problem.

Aquarians do understand why they should start a diet and exercise program. Aquarians can be very inventive and will find ways of making their weight loss program fun. Exercise is important to Aquarians and they particularly enjoy individual sports like swimming. Exercise is so important. Aquarian Men often pursue outdoor sports like parachuting, gliding, deep-sea fishing or surfing. For weight control, and good health Aquarian Man should continue to take regular exercise well into old age.

Dieting Advice:

Whether he needs to lose weight or not, following a low-fat diet is important. Aquarius and its ruling planet Uranus is linked with the circulatory system and should adopt a healthy-heart diet from an early age. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, try to avoid those creamy sauces you just cannot resist!

Do not start a diet unless you really want to or need to! Aquarian Man is successful when he is really involved in what he is doing. See your diet as a challenge and you will live up to your reputation for being brilliant!

REGAIN YOUR SEXY FIGURE!

It is my belief that every fashion trend has to come full circle sometime. By this I mean that every year we find that the trends from 5 years ago begin to get recycled. Going by this belief and as the fashion trends change, I take all my present outfits and pack them safely away in a trunk and take off on a wild shopping expedition to get myself some sets of clothing that are in vogue. Just some time ago I went through my treasure chest of clothing and pulled out some sets of clothing that I had safely stored away years ago. These turned out to be just the style of outfits that were currently in fashion. There was, however, a tiny problem – my size. The outfits were all of three sizes extra small for me to wear. It was not as if I deny that I have gained a few extra pounds here and there, but so many pounds. It was on the spur of the moment and in a fit of determination that I made myself a solemn vow – I was going to regain my sexy figure lost over the years come what may. It is very obvious that I had lost control of myself and I had a weight gain problem at hand. It was time I formulated a strategy to cope with the fat attack. Now, this is what I did

When I pulled out some of my clothes from yesteryear they were not made with provisions for the extra pounds I was bound to put on. In short, they did not fit. It is not like the clothes had grown small, I had grown large – in places. I had gained some extra pounds and in places I was beginning to realize I had places. How much weight gain I had achieved was what surprised me. This is when I stopped in my tracks and decided that I was going to get into shape and take this fat attack head on. I was going to regain my sexy figure and I was going to get down to it now! I sat down with pen and pencil and began to chalk out a plan to ward off this fat attack. Now this is what I decided to do

Second step: Instead of my four cups of coffee a day, it was now four glasses of water and one cup of coffee. This one was a bit hard to do, as I am a coffee addict. Therefore, I would make myself drink one glass of water before I would have a coffee. I soon found that I did not have room for the coffee so I forgot about it. I discovered an amazing thing. I was not near as bloated as I had been in the past. Maybe that is why I was beginning to look a little slimmer. I think some weight loss was starting to become a reality.

Second step: The next best thing I did for myself was to reduce the total quantity I was consuming to one fourth. This was easier said than done because I am an avid coffee drinker, an addict really. But there was a way to counter the coffee pangs – water. I started drinking one full glass of water before a cup of coffee. Before long I was down to just one cup a day and the bloating feeling had gone too. I started to look slimmer, feel better and the compliments started flowing in. Weight loss for me was becoming a reality.

Well I didn’t lose weight in time to fit into those clothes I had taken out being as the fashions change every year. In addition, I did not put all those extra pounds on overnight and I sure knew I was not going to take them off in just a few days. It was evident though my attack of the fat plan had been quite successful. I looked great and I felt wonderful.

One thing is for certain and that is the next time I pull out some old clothes from my fashion chest they are going to fit me just fine!
