D here. Great Question! Professor Atkins is a strong believer in a good strength and conditioning routing while doing any Atkins Diet or any Weight Loss or fat burning techniques.
As Seen in the Video, I am currently supplimenting my introduction phase with some of what Dr. Atkins expected for any one going on the atkins diet – which is the cornerstone of any weight loss.
In Diabetes Health, we preach a good exercise routine to increase metabolism response and for overall good health. This as you can imagine is no different for me as I do my 12 month Atkins Diet Weight Loss Challenge.
Please submit any input you may have about my current exercise routine and your experience.
Do I require more? Is more strength training required? My people loss weight on the atkins diet without any exercise routine whatsoever.

In 2009, I will be going through the ATKINS DIET for WEIGHT LOSS. There has been many reported success of its implementation in peoples lives.
Now, I will implement the techniques, ask for help, and create an open channel of communication for all to participate in this challenge so that success may be achieved.
At the time of this atkins diet posting, I was 267pds, I had been in the INTRODUCTION PHASE for 2.5 weeks. My starting weight at the beginning of the weightloss challenge was 268. To date I have only lost 1 pd.
Fat Burning is my primary goal. I want to get to my ideal weight of 185 by February of 2010. To loss that amount of weight, I will require a tight regimen, help, and a lot of your support.
